My dog is a new patient at the surgery. The experience from call to treatment made me and my pet relax. I felt informed and confident in the vet. He was wagging his tail when normally he tries to escape from the vet.

Tula has been so happy since being diagnosed and treated by Katie and the rest of the team! She was a rescue, left for almost 2 years because of her breathing difficulties, but after 6 months, she's so happy!

We have been with this vets a long time and have many interactions with the vets and other staff for our dog and until today i have only had very positive experiences and have always recommended them to friends and family. Sadly our dog had to go to sleep for the final time and the vet and staff again where amazing!! However when it came to the cost and cremation i asked for my opinion ‘s and they said they would email me and i asked would this price include everything i was told it would. Sadly today when i called to pay the bill was significantly higher and it turns out i was not informed correctly and they was a charge i was not aware of but i had to pay. At this point they have my dogs ashes so i have no choice but to pay! The price it self wouldn’t of been a issue if when i ask i had been clearly notified of the full cost !! This has very much upset me and has changed my experience with them.

We were suggested to have a X-ray for our dog. We trusted this vet as we have been with them for a few years. The service is normally good although we feel being overcharged sometimes. We were shocked when checked price for X-ray which is over £700! To charge this much for just a X-ray and not been warned beforehand is disgraceful.

My two Borders are always treated with care and friendliness. They are fussed and made to feel important. The vet always answers any queries and will let me know how much options cost,and so I can make decisions without worrying .

Great welcome for new puppy, so relaxed he fell asleep in the clean and welcoming Reception area where both Receptionists fussed him and assisted me with paperwork. New Vet Alice was relaxed, gentle and listened well to our needs and proffered superb advice. Bilbo is 8 months old and has had the same great personal medical support as before for previous pets. Newer puppy 5 months Merry, both from The Shire, are individually known by ALL staff.
