The way your receptionist spoke to my wife today while she is going through the difficult time of losing a beloved pet, was nothing short of disgusting. We have since spoken to a different vet in Stratford where my dog is registered. They were kind, compassionate and understanding. We are going to see them in the morning. I would recommend that you train your staff in dealing with grief. You never know what a person has been through and what that animal ment to them. Please do better for the sake of you future patients

Ongoing problem of stress cystitis for poor cat. Cannot rate the care and concern given any higher. Stress cystitis in cats a conundrum to find actual cause thereof. Thanks to Dai and the team for continuing to try to resolve the problem.

Dai and his team are a credit to the veterinary profession. Unlike some vets owned by private equity they don’t see animals and their owners as cash cows. Genuine care for the animal’s wellbeing above all. Thank you for being there when needed.
