Ark vets treated my GSD, not the easiest of dogs and very vocal, for the last 6 years. As a tripaw his needs were a bit greater than the 4 legged canine. They have always been supportive of both myself and Tino. Sadly yesterday Tinos sole hind leg finally gave way and he was unable to stand. Richard, our vet and a lovely nurse, whose name escapes me, sorry, visited our home and delivered the expected result that Tino would be best served with euthanasia. Obviously this was devastating news but I cannot speak highly enough of them both. Their whole approach to both Tino and my wife and I was most professional and sympathetic to both animal and humans. All I can really say now is thank you both for helping us through a painful time. Finally I would like to give a shout out for all the staff at Ark vets and I strongly recommend this practice.

Suki our dog isn't keen on having her claws trimmed but the staff at the Ark managed to cut them with the least trouble and as ever we were very happy with their welcome and friendship.

Lovely clean waiting room with friendly and professional reception staff. We were seen on time by Zuzanna, supported by Emma. Both were very attentive, kind and gentle with our dogs, one of which is quite timid in the veterinary environment. We would highly recommend this veterinary practice.

I’ve been using Ark since March 2024 when we moved to the area. They are great with our two mad dogs, friendly and fun. The staff are lovely, welcoming and efficient. The surgery is always scrupulously clean and it’s easy to park. There are plenty of areas in the doorstep if you need to give your dog a bit of a walk to empty out or you’re just a bit early. Highly recommend.

Our pooch has been registered with The Ark now for a number of years and we have been consistently very satisfied with the treatment and advice offered by both Vets and Nurses. The premises have recently been up-graded providing more defined areas. The staff are very friendly, helpful and kind. The car park affords easy access on/off the Birmingham Road and sufficient parking. Would highly recommend.

Rachel was really kind to me and treated me like a little princess, I am now looking forward to seeing the wonderfull team when I return for my follow up atreatment in 4 week time . Phebe aged 15 weeks.

Went to a breeder who turned out to be awful. So had to bring him home. New to the area. Not only did The Ark squeeze us in for a health check which identified some issues. A week later he had his first vaccine. What a lovely caring environment with such great staff. Little Bilbo is going to be in good hands if he ever needs medical intervention. Best vets I have ever used.

Without doubt the best Vets we have used in many years. Thier emergency out of hours service is brilliant...we live 10 miles away with others nearby but the travel is worth it for the caring service.
